ACI Worldwide is seeking a delivery-focused professional to ensure first-class service for customers and to identify and develop solutions using company products and tools. You will define customer needs and develop a delivery plan, acting as a trusted consultant on projects.

Performance is measured by utilization and successful project delivery, with opportunities to contribute across regions and teams in a dynamic hybrid environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in technology, consulting, or related roles.
• English level: at least B2 (required) - ability to communicate in a global environment.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzes client's business needs and recommends IT solutions using ACI methodologies.
• Works with project delivery teams to solve issues and provide status updates.
• Supports business development and sales efforts for a territory or account.
• Assists customers with implementation to ensure successful product adoption.
• Understand and adhere to corporate policies including the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Management, Business, Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
