Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Management, Business, Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in technology, consulting, or related roles.
• English level: at least B2.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzes client's business needs and recommends information technology solutions.
• Works with project delivery team to solve product issues and provide status updates.
• Supports business development and sales support for a territory or account.
• Assists customer with implementation to ensure product adoption.
• Identifies risks and communicates containment actions as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Adheres to corporate policies and ethics.
