Job summary

MSD seeks an Associate Director to lead a programming and reporting team across global portfolios, setting goals, coaching performance, and ensuring on-time delivery of EDC, RTSM, and eCOA/ePRO solutions. You will provide hands-on technical review, enforce SOPs, and drive best practices in code review, test automation, and reusable components.

You will define data integration architectures, govern data flows, and develop robust data models and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in clinical data programming or data engineering with 2+ years in people management.
• English proficiency at a professional level.
• Familiarity with FDA/GxP regulatory standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of clinical tech solutions (EDC, RTSM, eCOA/ePRO).
• Provide technical oversight for programming, reporting and data integration.
• Develop dashboards and reusable reporting components.
• Set priorities, roadmaps and governance for data standards.
• Coach and mentor global teams; manage release and UAT.
