Job summary

MSD is seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Data Management for Hematology to oversee data management delivery across therapeutic areas. You will lead portfolio planning, resource management, and cross-functional alignment to meet GDMS priorities and ensure high data quality and compliance.

The role partners with TA, Geo, and Capability leads to optimize efficiency, scale automation, and drive continuous improvement within the TA organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 13+ years of clinical data management, clinical trial operations or related field.
• 5+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Set TA portfolio strategy and prioritization, develop TA roadmap and study sequencing.
• Partner with regional and capability leads to drive standardization and data quality.
• Embed standards and automation, define requirements, adopt fit-for-purpose tools, and establish KPIs.
