Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Data Program Manager to oversee data delivery initiatives and drive a data-driven Finance organization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain stakeholder alignment, and guide projects from initiation to completion in line with Finance Data and Analytics goals.

You will build BRDs, high-level designs, and test plans, and support the development of data and reporting solutions with BI teams. Strong SQL and data warehousing knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing data delivery initiatives.
• Strong background in project and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in strategic planning and business analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis and SQL.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and data integration.
• Ability to create BRDs and test plans.
• Familiarity with reporting systems and BI solutions.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to establish project scope and deliverables.
• Maintain communication and stakeholder alignment across the project lifecycle.
• Resolve roadblocks through stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects to ensure on-time delivery.
• Establish and maintain project scope with a clear roadmap.
• Develop BRDs, high-level solution designs, and test plans.
• Guide projects from initiation to completion aligned with Finance Data & Analytics goals.
• Build and maintain project plans, track progress and mitigate risks.
• Support development of data and reporting solutions with BI teams.
• Track outcomes and evaluate success using user feedback and metrics.
• Deploy Analytics and Reporting solutions, including Data Warehousing and BI.
• Construct BI solutions using SQL or equivalent query languages.
• Represent business data visually through dashboards and reports.
• Review database tables to assess data state and validate business scenarios.
• Offer guidance to developers on code and design.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting from a coding standpoint.
