Job summary

WSP Canada is seeking a proactive Coordinator to support Asset and Fleet Management operations, data analysis, and SharePoint governance. You will assist Deputy Vice President, Fleet Managers, and Asset Management Director with data, systems administration, and cross-functional coordination.

The role emphasizes creating reports, dashboards, and process improvements to ensure regulatory and internal standards compliance across fleet, equipment, and telematics.

Qualifications

• College diploma or equivalent in business administration, data analysis, fleet/asset management, logistics, operations, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience supporting fleet, asset management, logistics, operations, reporting, compliance, or system administration activities.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for SharePoint site related to fleet, telematics, vessels, equipment, utilization, compliance, safety, and financial performance.
• Prepare operational, financial, and compliance reports for assigned areas.
• Collect, validate, reconcile, and analyze data from internal systems, telematics platforms, vendor portals, and fleet or asset management tools.
• Ensure telematics devices are activated, assigned, monitored, and functioning across vehicles.
• Support troubleshooting, ticket follow-up, user support, and vendor coordination for systems like Geotab, Asset Infinity, ESIS, SharePoint, and other platforms.
• Build, organize, and maintain the Asset and Fleet Management SharePoint site including libraries, pages, trackers, templates, procedures, training materials, and references.
• Draft, update, format, and maintain policies, SOPs, process maps, and communications for internal stakeholders.
• Prepare clear communications, meeting materials, presentations, and follow-up summaries to support team initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
