Amrize is seeking an Invoice Processing and Resolution Supervisor to lead the Accounts Payable process, ensure timely payments, and uphold internal controls. You will manage vendor invoices from receipt through payment, while guiding a team and driving process improvements.

The role requires 2+ years in AP/payments, 1 year leading teams, advanced Excel, and SAP knowledge, with English at C1 level. Hybrid work arrangement and robust benefits are provided.

Formación

• 2+ years experience in Accounts Payable and payment resolution
• 1 year minimum leading teams
• Advanced Excel required; SAP knowledge preferred
• English level C1 Advanced required

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Accounts Payable process and manage vendor payments
• Define performance goals and foster an inclusive, high-performing team
• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and resolve issues promptly
• Oversee invoice receipt, validation, posting, and matching; resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SLAs, and financial regulations
• Prepare KPIs and support audits; drive continuous improvement of invoice workflows
