Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Digital & Analytics Expert Andina to lead advanced analytics initiatives and elevate BI capabilities across the Andean region. You will automate workflows, build visualization tools, and establish federated Snowflake connections to eliminate manual processes.

You will translate complex customer insights into strategic solutions and champion the Analytics Plan across regional channels, driving profitability and data-driven decision-making.

Formación

• 3+ years of data analytics/insights experience in finance or commercial area.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (DOMO, Tableau, PowerBI, Looker Studio).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead advanced analytics and BI strategy across commercial teams and regional leadership to influence business decisions and KPIs.
• Direct the monthly Sell-Out and Days of Inventory (DOI) reporting for direct and indirect channels with accurate data and insights.
• Drive operational efficiency by introducing AI applications, automation, and standardized data management practices.
• Serve as the regional lead and point of contact for external data providers and systems across subsidiaries for data governance.
• Design and implement dashboards and visualizations to help partners identify trends and predictive opportunities.
• Communicate analyses to management to support strategic decisions.

Role Summary

As the Digital & Analytics Expert Andina, you will lead advanced analytics initiatives and elevate foundational Business Intelligence capabilities across the Andean region. Sitting within the regional commercial organization, this role drives business performance and profitability by translating complex customer insights and syndicated data into actionable strategic solutions. You will champion the regional Analytics Plan by automating workflows, building cutting-edge visualization tools (Domo, Sigma), and establishing federated Snowflake connections to eliminate manual processes. This is an exciting opportunity to serve as the key catalyst for data-driven decision-making and operational transformation across all Andean region channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analytics, segmentation modeling, and Business Intelligence strategy across commercial teams and regional leadership to directly influence business decisions and growth KPIs.
• Direct the monthly Sell-Out and Days of Inventory (DOI) reporting processes for direct and indirect channels, ensuring flawless data execution and strategic insights delivery.
• Drive operational efficiency across commercial operations by introducing artificial intelligence applications, process automation, and standardized data management practices.
• Serve as the primary regional lead and point of contact for external data providers and systems across all subsidiaries to guarantee seamless data flow and governance.
• Design and implement compelling dashboards and report visualizations in global tools, enabling commercial partners to easily identify market trends and predictive opportunities.
• Ensure effective communication with management, providing clear analysis and data-driven insights to support strategic decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics/insights-related positions in finance or commercial area, or a related professional field.
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Advanced technical skills in Excel/Google Sheets, as well as data visualization tools such as DOMO, Tableau, PowerBI, Looker Studio
• Strong effective communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate Specialization or Master’s Degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Science.
• Experience in Data Science methodologies, SQL/Python and other programming languages
• Demonstrated experience in advanced AI usage and application
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, sense for details & accuracy
