Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc in Colombia is seeking a Business Analyst Intern I to join our MCR team. You’ll be mentored by Diana Tamashiro and contribute to data-driven decisions and operational excellence.

You will help build insights, manage leads, coordinate events, and support cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment. Advanced English and MS Office are required; Tableau experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills for documentation and administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to interact with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Operational Support: Manage documentation, create trackers, and keep tools organized and up to date.
• Analysis & Reporting: Prepare data analyses and help build dashboards (e.g., Tableau) to support business decisions.
• Lead Management: Classify and assess new leads to focus on right opportunities.
• Marketing & Communication: Coordinate event logistics and share success stories with partners.
• Project Support: Monitor project deadlines and participate in key initiatives.
• Market Adaptation: Tailor reports and presentations for different markets.
