Addi in Colombia is seeking a Data Platform Engineer to own the marketing data platform, pipelines and integrations with Braze, AppsFlyer, GTM, Marketplace, and the App, using AI agents as the default working method to make data reliable and self‑serve for Marketing, Growth and Marketplace teams.

You will ramp up in 90 days, add tests and alerts for reliability by month 3, deploy agentic automation by month 6, cut costs by month 9, and uphold strong governance with a trusted data catalog.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to write and debug complex SQL without AI.
• Experience building and operating ELT pipelines on a modern data platform.
• Hands-on with dbt, Airflow, Git and code reviews.
• Proficient in Python for data work and automation.
• Experience with testing, monitoring and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Ramp up in 90 days: document data platform end-to-end and map integrations.
• Ensure reliable pipelines with tests and alerts for key tables and apps.
• Ship AI agents/workflows to automate recurring data tasks.
• Reduce cost and runtime of marketing pipelines by optimization.
• Maintain governance and a single, trusted data catalog.
