Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Senior Analyst: Procurement Analytics & Insights - GLOBAL to join our Global Procurement COE team. You will transform complex enterprise data into strategic insights that drive executive decisions.

As a key partner, you will collaborate with Category Managers and Corporate Finance to optimize spend, validate EBITDA savings, and craft executive narratives for C-suite. You’ll help design modern visual analytics across our global procurement ecosystem.

Formación

• 7–10 years of experience in procurement analytics, financial analysis, management consulting, or BI.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and data tools (Python, R, Excel/VBA).
• Experience with ERP/P2P data structures (Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, SAP Ariba).
• Advanced written and spoken English with executive presentation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Harmonize and structure spend data across ERPs (SAP, Oracle) and P2P platforms into a single source of truth.
• Automate dashboards and analytics to track KPIs, cycle times, and predictive modeling.
• Identify savings and category opportunities through deep-dive spend analyses.
• Validate EBITDA savings with Finance by auditing cost reductions against budgets.
