Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Senior Analyst: Procurement Analytics & Insights - GLOBAL to join our Global Procurement COE team. You will transform complex enterprise data into strategic insights to drive decisions and partner with Category Managers and Corporate Finance to optimize spend and craft executive narratives for the C-suite.

You will harmonize spend data, automate dashboards, identify savings opportunities, and validate EBITDA savings with Finance.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in procurement analytics or finance.
• Strong SQL and BI tool proficiency required.
• Experience with ERP/P2P data (Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, SAP Ariba).

Responsibilities

• Harmonize and structure spend data from ERP and P2P platforms into a single source of truth.
• Design and automate BI dashboards and analytics with AI tools.
• Identify savings opportunities and support sourcing priorities.
• Validate EBITDA savings with Finance and FP&A.
