Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Senior Analyst: Procurement Analytics & Insights - GLOBAL to join our Global Procurement COE team. You will transform complex enterprise data into strategic insights that drive executive decisions and partner with Category Managers and Corporate Finance to optimize spend and savings.

You’ll design modern visual analytics, manage dashboards, and craft narratives for C-suite stakeholders, strengthening our procurement ecosystem globally.

Formación

• 7 to 10 years of experience in procurement analytics, financial analysis, management consulting, or BI.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Experience with ERP/P2P data structures (Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, SAP Ariba).
• Advanced written and verbal English communication with executive presentation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Harmonize and structure spend data across ERPs and P2P platforms into a single source of truth.
• Automate dashboards and advanced analytics to track KPIs and predict trends.
• Identify savings opportunities and guide sourcing priorities with finance partners.
• Validate EBITDA savings with Corporate Finance and FP&A, ensuring alignment with budgets.
