Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Analyst: Procurement Analytics & Insights - GLOBAL to join our Global Procurement COE. You will transform complex data into strategic insights, partnering with Category Managers and Finance to optimize spend and craft executive narratives for decision-makers.

Leverage BI dashboards and AI tools to track KPIs, model scenarios, and uncover savings across our global procurement ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in procurement analytics, financial analysis, or BI.
• Strong SQL and BI platform knowledge (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Experience with ERP/P2P data structures (Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, SAP Ariba).
• Advanced English communication and executive presentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Harmonize and structure spend data from ERPs and P2P tools into a single source of truth.
• Automate dashboards and analytics to track KPIs, cycle times, and predictions.
• Identify savings opportunities and prioritise sourcing actions.
• Validate EBITDA savings with Finance and align with budgets.
