Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Senior Analyst: Procurement Analytics & Insights to join our Global Procurement COE. You will transform complex enterprise data into strategic insights, partnering with Category Managers and Finance to optimize spend and craft executive narratives for decision-makers.

You will harmonize spend data across ERP/P2P systems, automate dashboards, and identify savings opportunities while validating results with Finance.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in procurement analytics, financial analysis, or BI roles.
• Strong SQL and BI stack skills; Python or R or advanced Excel/VBA.
• Experience with ERP/P2P data: Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, SAP Ariba.
• Excellent written and verbal English with executive presentation experience.
• Bachelor's in a quantitative field; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Harmonize and structure spend data from ERPs and P2P platforms into a single source of truth.
• Automate dashboards and advanced analytics; design BI dashboards with AI tooling.
• Identify savings and category opportunities through spend analyses and sourcing priorities.
• Validate EBITDA savings with Finance; work with Corporate FP&A to align with budgets.
