The Inter-American Development Bank is offering a two-month Winter Internship in Washington, DC for active graduate students in economics, international relations, or related fields. The role includes on-the-job learning, mentorship, and exposure to development work in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Formación

• Active graduate student in a relevant field from an accredited University.
• Graduation date after internship period.
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish/French/Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Amazonia Forever team in research, coordination, and knowledge management.
• Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and analytical summaries.
• Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing information for project planning and decision-making.
• Contribute local and community perspectives to Amazonia Forever initiatives.
• Support stakeholder engagement with Indigenous Peoples and local communities.
• Help organize meetings, workshops, and activities.
