CrossBoundary Advisory Latin America in Bogota is seeking a Financial Advisory Intern to assist Analysts and Associates on transaction advisory engagements and regional landscape assessments.

The role emphasizes research, data collection, and presentations, with experience in MS Office and strong bilingual communication in English and Spanish. The intern may travel within the Latin America region and works in a collaborative, impact-driven environment.

Formación

• High school diploma and at least two years of undergraduate studies in a related field.
• Strong analytical and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) skills.
• Proficient in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Support the preparation of presentations, database management, and stakeholder communications
• Support data collection and perform market research, competitive analysis, and other research as needed
• Analyze detailed corporate and financial information
• Assist in the preparation of financial models to illustrate forecasts, KPIs, and value of companies
• Collaborate with due diligence activities and ensure the collection, organization, and completeness of information requests
• Contribute to the preparation of transaction reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Attend business development and project meetings, and assist with the due registration of those interactions
• Participate in the execution of landscape assessments and Investment Facilitation engagements
• Perform other related duties and assignments, as delegated

Job Description

CrossBoundary is recruiting a Financial Advisory Intern for the Bogota office. During this paid internship, you will be working together with the Analysts and Associates in our team to support transaction advisory engagements and execute regional landscape assessments. Experience with research and presentation tools, as well as interest in investments in high-impact sectors will be regarded favorably.

• Basic knowledge of accounting and corporate finance
• Preference is for college students in their final semesters. Prior experience in the financial industry is not necessary

Primary Responsibilities

• Support data collection and perform market research, competitive analysis, and other research as needed
• Analyze detailed corporate and financial information
• Assist in the preparation of financial models to illustrate forecasts, KPIs, and value of companies
• Collaborate with due diligence activities and ensure the collection, organization, and completeness of information requests
• Contribute to the preparation of transaction reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Attend business development and project meetings, and assist with the due registration of those interactions (i.e., note-taking, attendee list)
• Participate in the execution of landscape assessments and Investment Facilitation engagements
• Perform other related duties and assignments, as delegated

Location

Candidates will join our team inBogota, Colombia. This role may involve traveling around the Latin Americaregion.
