Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Functional Trainer to deliver and support training for Airport IT solutions. You will conduct onsite and remote sessions, build foundational product knowledge, and progressively contribute to customer-facing activities under supervision.

Ideal candidates will have airport operations awareness, ability to learn quickly, ITIL familiarity, strong English, and willingness to travel internationally. Certifications and high-quality session prep are key success factors.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of airport operations and related IT systems.
• Ability to quickly learn product functionalities and adapt to new environments.
• Familiarity with the airport industry and ITIL principles.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
• Availability to travel internationally as required.
• Contribute to training satisfaction (CSAT) results.
• Progress through product certifications.
• Ensure high-quality preparation and support activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support training sessions (onsite and remote), including demos, exercises, and recaps.
• Engage professionally with customers, ensuring a high-quality learning experience and addressing queries.
• Prepare training environments, materials, and logistics to ensure smooth session delivery.
• Apply and improve training content, providing feedback to enhance quality and consistency.
• Track participation, collect feedback, and maintain accurate reporting and documentation.
• Build expertise in Amadeus systems (AODB, FRMS, DDS, ASM, UAC) while progressing through certifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, contributing to global projects with potential onsite exposure.
