Kuehne+Nagel is seeking an Air Logistics Operations Specialist to support international shipments across Mexico and Central America from Bogotá. The role focuses on coordinating air logistics, prioritizing AOG and time-critical shipments, and ensuring smooth execution end-to-end.

You will work with airlines, carriers, customers, and other logistics partners, managing documentation and Incoterms while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Formación

• Experience in Air Logistics operations, preferably AOG or urgent shipments.
• Knowledge of air exports, international shipment coordination and Incoterms.
• Experience coordinating with airlines, carriers and logistics partners.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Air Logistics operations across international shipments.
• Manage AOG, urgent and high-priority shipments for timely execution.
• Liaise with airlines, carriers and customers throughout the shipment lifecycle.
• Monitor shipments, anticipate issues and minimize delays.
• Ensure accurate operational documentation and Incoterms compliance.
• Provide proactive support to Mexico and Central America operations.

We are looking for an Air Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team and support operations across Mexico and Central America, coordinating international shipments and ensuring fast, efficient service, particularly for priority and time-critical operations.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate Air Logistics operations, particularly AOG (Aircraft on Ground), urgent, and high-priority shipments.
• Coordinate international air export shipments and ensure timely execution throughout the shipment lifecycle.
• Work closely with airlines, carriers, customers, and other logistics stakeholders.
• Monitor shipments and proactively manage operational issues, delays, and exceptions.
• Ensure accurate handling of operational documentation and Incoterms.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and international stakeholders.
• Provide timely and efficient operational support to Mexico and Central America.

What you'll bring:

• Previous experience in Air Logistics operations, preferably with AOG, urgent, or high-priority shipments.
• Knowledge of air exports, international shipment coordination, and Incoterms.
• Experience coordinating with airlines, carriers, and other logistics partners is desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time-critical operations.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

The operation includes different shifts depending on business needs:

• 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Mid shift: start time between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
• Night shift: 9:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
