Leads Icon in Colombia is seeking AI video creators and editors to produce high-quality, performance-driven advertising creatives for auto and home insurance, and affiliate marketing campaigns.

You will craft short-form ads for Meta, TikTok, and other platforms, combine AI-generated scenes with traditional editing, and test variations to improve performance. This role is fully remote, full-time, and requires a focus on direct-response advertising and performance marketing.

Work Setup.

• 100% remote.
• Monday to Friday.
• Full-time role.

What We're Looking For.

We're looking for AI video creators and editors who can produce high-quality, attention-grabbing advertising creatives for performance marketing campaigns.

Relevant experience in at least one of these areas is strongly preferred:

• Auto Insurance Ads.
• Home Insurance Ads.
• Affiliate Marketing Video Ads.

Key Responsibilities.

• Create short-form video ads for Meta, TikTok, and other advertising platforms.
• Produce realistic, UGC-style and social-first advertising creatives.
• Use AI tools to generate realistic scenes, characters, and compelling stories.
• Develop strong hooks, concepts, and creative variations.
• Combine AI-generated footage with traditional video editing.
• Recreate and adapt reference ads while maintaining their structure, pacing, and style.
• Test different creative angles and approaches to improve advertising performance.

Highly Valued.

• Previous experience creating Auto Insurance or Home Insurance ads.
• Knowledge of direct-response advertising and performance marketing.
• Experience with AI video generation tools such as Seedance, Higgsfield, or similar platforms.
• Experience automating creative production workflows.

Please prioritize examples of insurance ads and affiliate marketing creatives in your portfolio. Generic AI videos without an advertising or performance marketing focus are not what we're looking for.
