The role blends AI-powered visuals, video editing, storytelling, and performance-driven strategy, taking ads from concept to final delivery.

The ideal candidate generates AI visuals, edits for pacing and captions, and ensures brand consistency across B2B/corporate and D2C campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of directly relevant experience creating English-language paid-social video ads.
• Excellent English proficiency, with ability to understand brand messaging and develop compelling creative.
• Proven ability to manage the full creative production process from concept to final export.

Responsabilités

• Develop engaging video concepts, hooks, and creative angles aligned with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
• Own the end-to-end production of paid-social video ads, from concept development and AI-generated assets to editing and final delivery.
• Leverage AI tools to create high-quality visuals, characters, environments, and creative assets.
• Edit videos with strong storytelling, pacing, sound design, captions, and visual consistency.
• Produce performance-driven creative tailored to different audiences, platforms, and campaign objectives.
• Adapt visual styles and formats to meet the needs of both B2B/corporate and D2C consumer brands.
• Maintain high standards of visual quality, brand consistency, and attention to detail.
• Incorporate feedback and iterate on creative assets to continuously improve quality and effectiveness.
