About the Role

We're looking for a Video Content Creator who understands how to create engaging content that drives attention, engagement, and conversions.

This role is heavily focused on video production, editing, AI-assisted content creation, and performance-driven creative execution. You'll be responsible for producing short-form content for social media, paid advertising, and brand campaigns while leveraging AI tools to increase creative output and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Ads.
• Use AI tools to accelerate scripting, ideation, editing, voiceovers, and content variations.
• Produce high-performing video creatives optimized for watch time, engagement, CTR, and conversions.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with marketing objectives and campaign goals.
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to test and iterate creative concepts.
• Maintain an organized content library and creative workflow.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, AI tools, and content best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
• Experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Descript, or similar.
• Strong understanding of content performance metrics and audience retention.
• Ability to create engaging content quickly and consistently.
• Excellent creative storytelling and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Meta Ads creative strategy.
• Ecommerce, DTC, or Amazon seller experience.
• Experience working with UGC creators and influencer content.
• Motion graphics or animation skills.
