AgileEngine is seeking a Client Partner to guide AI-driven digital transformations for large US enterprises. You will translate complex tech into business value, shape AI strategies, and oversee account performance with delivery and engineering teams. Expect quarterly travel to the United States.

Ideal candidates bring deep IT services consulting experience, strong communication, and leadership to drive modernization programs across enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience in the U.S.
• Proven experience managing client relationships in the IT services or custom software development industry
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with ability to translate tech to business value
• Experience in large enterprise organizations, including participation in or leadership of digital transformation or modernization programs
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
• Strong technical understanding of IT projects
• Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills
• U.S. residency or a valid U.S. visa with availability to travel quarterly

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level executives within large enterprise organizations
• Define and lead strategic initiatives related to digital transformation, modernization, and AI adoption
• Partner with clients to shape AI strategies, identify high-impact use cases, and support end-to-end execution
• Help organizations translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes through a consulting approach
• Oversee account performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement
• Travel to the U.S. quarterly to meet clients and strengthen relationships
