TalentoHC is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to transform ideas into practical, AI-enabled solutions. You will blend engineering judgment with Claude Code to design, build, test, deploy, and continuously improve applications, automations, and AI-powered workflows.

This builder role moves from ambiguous business problems to functioning solutions, owning technical decisions, security, and long-term maintainability across the stack.

Formación

• 3+ years of relevant experience in software development, systems engineering, automation, DevOps, solutions engineering, or related discipline.
• English proficiency required.
• Demonstrated experience owning applications, integrations, automations, or production systems.
• Advanced, hands‑on experience using Claude Code on substantial development projects.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business needs into working applications, internal tools, APIs, automations, and AI‑enabled workflows.
• Engineer with AI as a multiplier, using Claude Code across planning, implementation, refactoring, testing, and documentation.
• Connect systems & data across APIs, databases, SaaS, cloud environments, and Microsoft 365.
• Own the solution end to end: architecture, validation, deployment, troubleshooting, monitoring, and improvement.
• Turn ambiguity into execution with clear milestones, tradeoffs, and deliverables.
• Build for reliability by reviewing AI-generated code for security, performance, and maintainability.
• Experiment with emerging AI development tools to improve speed, quality, and repeatability.
• Communicate technical decisions clearly to business stakeholders.
