Amrize is seeking a Solution Platform & GenAI Specialist to join the Automation and GenAI Squad. This role focuses on designing, building, and operating internal developer platforms and automation solutions, while integrating cloud-native and Generative AI capabilities to accelerate secure, reliable software delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or cloud-native development.
• Strong AWS and serverless experience (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, DynamoDB).
• English B2 or higher; AWS certifications desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and operate internal developer platforms and automation.
• Provision and manage AWS cloud infrastructure with IaC/Terraform.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated tests and controlled deployments.
• Develop and integrate Generative AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock.
• Apply Spec-Driven and AI-assisted development to improve delivery speed, code quality, and consistency.
• Own solutions from design through production including testing and security.

This role will focus on designing, building, and operating internal developer platforms and automation solutions, while integrating cloud-native and Generative AI capabilities to accelerate secure, reliable software delivery.

What you will do:

• Design, develop, and operate internal developer platforms, applications, and automation solutions.
• Provision and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Terraform.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, quality gates, and controlled deployments.
• Develop and integrate Generative AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock, including agents, knowledge bases, and foundation models.
• Apply Spec-Driven and AI-assisted development approaches to improve delivery speed, code quality, and consistency.
• Own solutions from design through production, including testing, troubleshooting, documentation, security, and reliability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 6-8 years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, cloud-native development, automation, or related areas.
• Strong AWS and serverless experience, including Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and DynamoDB.
• English B2 or higher; AWS certifications such as Developer Associate, Solutions Architect, or AI Practitioner are desirable.
