Wizeline, a global AI-native technology solutions provider, seeks an AI Solutions Architect to partner with executives and data teams. You will define AI strategies, scope and deploy agent-based workflows, and drive measurable business outcomes across enterprise platforms.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in AI engineering or consulting, a CS/Engineering/Math degree, and strong English (C1). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy production-grade AI agents and monitor

• 7+ years of experience in AI engineering, agent development, or enterprise consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field.
• English level: C1 Advanced.
• Proven expertise in AI/ML concepts, agent architecture, and enterprise system integration.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic advisory: define AI strategies with measurable business outcomes.
• Lead scoping, design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and optimization of AI agents.
• Map customer problems into agentic workflows and technical specs.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data teams to deliver solutions.
• Monitor live agents, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements.
• Identify product gaps and feed insights back to engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory : Partner with enterprise leaders to define AI strategies aligned with measurable business outcomes.
• Agent Development Lifecycle : Lead scoping, design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and continuous optimization of AI agents.
• Workflow & Architecture Design : Map customer problems into agentic workflows and technical specifications.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineers, product managers, and data teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Production Iteration : Monitor live agents, troubleshoot issues, and drive measurable improvements.
• Innovation Opportunities : Identify product gaps and feed insights back to engineering teams.

Must-have Skills

• 7+ years of experience in AI engineering, agent development, or enterprise consulting .
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field.
• English level: C1 Advanced .
• Proven expertise in AI/ML concepts, agent architecture, and enterprise system integration .
• Strong consulting background with ability to advise executives and manage complex projects.
• Track record of delivering AI solutions with measurable business impact.

Nice-to-have

• AI Tooling Proficiency : Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, RAG, or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience deploying multi-agent workflows in production.
• Familiarity with evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, and monitoring tools .
• Industry expertise in Financial Services, Healthcare, E-commerce, or Telecom .
• Consulting or advisory experience in enterprise technology strategy.
• Preferred working hours aligned with EST-PT US time zones .
