Wizeline is seeking a Senior AI Agent Engineer to build production-grade, tool-augmented AI agents. You will design multi-step reasoning pipelines, wire them to business systems, and harden them for scale, safety, and maintainability, helping enterprise customers deploy reliable agents that take real actions and comply with policies.

You’ll own the full agent development lifecycle from scoping to monitoring, collaborate on integration and orchestration, and push AI engineering best practices

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering in production environments.
• Experience with TypeScript/Node, Go, or Python and strong API design, testing, and debugging.
• Hands-on LLM experience including prompt engineering, function/tool calling, model selection, and evaluation.
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation with embedding pipelines and semantic search.
• Agent orchestration with LangChain/LangGraph or OpenAI Agents SDK.
• ML-/DevOps literacy: containerization, CI/CD, GPU/AI infra, automated evals.

We're looking for a Senior AI Agent Engineer with a passion for building production-grade, tool-augmented AI agents that blend cutting-edge LLM techniques with solid software-engineering discipline. In this role, you'll design multi-step reasoning pipelines, wire them to business systems, and harden them for scale, safety, and maintainability — helping enterprise customers launch conversational agents that solve real problems, take real actions, and comply with real-world policies.

You'll play a key role in agent design and delivery, tool and data integration, LLM orchestration and planning, and continuous optimization — owning the full agent development life-cycle from scoping through monitoring and iterative tuning.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. English B2 Advanced or C1
• 5+ years of software engineering experience in production environments (TypeScript/Node, Go, or Python) with strong API design, testing, and debugging habits
• Hands-on LLM experience (GPT, Claude, Gemini, or fine-tuned OSS models): prompt engineering, function/tool calling, model selection, and evaluation
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): designing embedding pipelines and semantic search with Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.
• Agent orchestration expertise: LangChain/LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, CrewAI, or equivalent frameworks for tool-augmented reasoning loops
• ML-/DevOps literacy: containerization, CI/CD, GPU/AI infra, caching, automated evals for nondeterministic systems
• Experience enforcing security guardrails & PII protection in user-facing AI products

Nice-to-have

• Real-time/voice agent delivery (e.g., SSE or WebSockets)
• Familiarity with emerging multi-agent protocols (MCP, A2A) or supervisor/critique agent patterns
• Domain experience in e-commerce, fintech, telecom, or large-scale customer support
• Prior work with automated prompt/agent regression testing frameworks
