Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an AI Project Manager to join our global team. The role reports to the AI Strategy & Transformation Lead and supports cross‑regional initiatives in Mexico, Colombia and Brazil within a hybrid work model.

You will lead project planning, coordinate AI project teams, manage risks, maintain dashboards and ensure timely pilots and launches, while strengthening governance and stakeholder communication across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in program leadership.
• Advanced English required.
• Experience with AI, automation, digital products, analytics, or CRM.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or related certifications.

• Experience leading programs.
• Advanced Level of English
• Experience with AI, automation, digital products, analytics, CRM, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or related certifications.
