Rockwell Automation in Medellín is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide agile teams focused on software, firmware, or hardware products. You will coach teams in Agile and Lean principles, remove impediments, and help align dependencies across multiple squads to deliver value.

The role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, partnering with Product Owners and engineering leaders, and driving continuous learning through communities of practice, ultimately improving program performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree.
• B2 English level as bare minimum.
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile leadership role.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the team follows Agile principles and practices.
• Help evolve the Agile approach across teams.
• Participate in cross business communities of practice to grow others and knowledge.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering Leaders to maintain a healthy backlog.
• Foster collaboration among engineers across different teams.
• Communicate accomplishments, short-term goals, and hurdles with the team.
• Support and foster team growth and mindset.
• Support multiple teams as Scrum Master.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Stand-Up, Refinement, Review, Retrospective).
• Exchange ideas with other Scrum Masters to bring strategies.
• Be accountable for results from the development team required by the program.

Job Description As an important member of Agile development teams working on software, firmware, or hardware products, the Scrum Master has responsibility for coaching the team on Agility and accountability for the effectiveness of the team. Responsibilities include using Agile frameworks and practices to achieve team goals. Depending on team/organization, this may include Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Help team to understanding, teaching and coaching Agile and Lean principles. Create an environment for continued learning and continuous improvement. Help Agile teams identify, reduce or eliminate dependencies with other teams and communicate the status of these dependencies. Facilitate team events and help remove impediments. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to adopt best practices and lessons learned to improve team and program performance through communities of practice.

The Essentials - You Will Have

• Bachelor's degree.
• B2 English level as bare minimum.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, Project Manager, or similar role leading software development projects.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Scaled Agile Framework experience.
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Experience managing project dependencies, business complexity, and multiple partner relationships.
• Experience working throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience collaborating with local and global technical development teams.
• We prefer a Certified Scrum Master (Certified ScrumMaster) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience in SaaS product development environments.
• Experience working with cloud-based products or teams supporting Azure or Amazon Web Services environments.
