Rockwell Automation seeks an AI Enablement Specialist to design and deliver global AI training programs. You will develop learning content, support AI literacy, and track adoption metrics in a hybrid, multinational setting.

You will collaborate with AI Ambassadors and facilitate events while gathering feedback to improve rollout execution across regions including Colombia, Mexico and Brazil.

You will report to: AI Strategy & Transformation Lead

Work Model: Hybrid

Location: Mexico , Colombia and Brazil

Main Responsibilities

• Design AI training programs for global teams.
• Develop learning content and communications.
• Support AI literacy programs for all of GSM.
• Track adoption metrics.
• Partner with AI Ambassadors.
• Facilitate office hours and training events.
• Gather user feedback.
• Support rollout execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree.
• 3 or more years of experience in Learning amp; Development, Enablement, Change Management, Communications, Organizational Development, or related fields.
• Strong facilitation, presentation.
• Experience designing and delivering training or enablement programs.
• Simplify technical concepts and make them practical for business users.
• Experience with AI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Salesforce, change management, or digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
