Rockwell Automation seeks a Cloud & AI FinOps Analyst to drive financial planning, budgeting, analytics, and governance across technology initiatives from its Medellín office. You will partner across Finance, IT, and business leaders to translate data into actionable recommendations.

The role emphasizes FP&A, cost control, and dashboard delivery using Power BI, with a strong collaboration culture and a hybrid work arrangement in Colombia.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent English proficiency to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or business finance.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, or similar analytics tools.

• Perform financial analysis and variance reporting, identifying risks, opportunities, and trends.
