Job summary

Rockwell Automation, a global technology leader, is seeking an AI Engineer to multiply engineering output by embedding AI and automation across development workflows. The role focuses on identifying bottlenecks, scaling best practices, and delivering measurable improvements across product teams.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in software engineering across the full SDLC, strong English communication, and a track record of driving cross-team change with AI/automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent English proficiency to communicate with people at all levels.
• 1+ years experience applying AI/automation to developer or delivery workflows.
• 4+ years of software engineering across the full software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Drives change across teams that don’t report to them.
• Senior hands-on software engineering background (builds, not just advises).
• Track record defining metrics for engineering productivity.

Responsibilities

• Articulate & streamline cross-product SDLC processes across products; identify bottlenecks and redesign flow end-to-end.
• Roll out AI-assisted tooling & automation to improve delivery speed; implement replicable solutions across the organization.
