Job summary

Coforge is hiring an Intelligent Automation Engineer to design and implement automation solutions across enterprise environments. The role emphasizes UiPath, Power Automate, and AI integration, with involvement in Agile teams and CI/CD.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Agentic AI, scripting in Python/PowerShell, and strong communication skills to gather requirements and drive automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven UiPath and/or Power Automate experience.
• Hands-on Agentic AI or AI-driven automation experience.
• Scripting in Python or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of automation frameworks and Agile/Scrum practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath and Power Automate.
• Build intelligent automation workflows leveraging Agentic AI concepts.
• Integrate AI/ML models into automation solutions using UiPath AI Center, Microsoft AI capabilities, or related platforms.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Gather, document, and validate requirements with stakeholders.
• Ensure automation solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams to deliver improvements.
• Perform testing, debugging, monitoring, and optimization of workflows.
• Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices for automation deployment and lifecycle management.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
