BairesDev is hiring an AI Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate an Internal Developer Platform focused on generative AI. You will create golden paths and reusable blueprints to help teams build, deploy, and manage AI-powered services securely and efficiently.

The role emphasizes a product mindset over traditional SRE, with a self-service platform and tools to standardize LLM access, monitoring, and governance. English proficiency required. 100% remote.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software or platform engineering.
• Experience with AWS, Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of platform engineering principles.
• Ability to enable developers and standardize AI/infra workflows.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with Infra as Code tooling and practices.
• Product-minded approach to building self-service platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and build an Internal Developer Platform for generative AI enablement.
• Create golden paths and reusable blueprints for AI-powered services.
• Develop self-service capabilities to abstract AI infrastructure complexity.
• Standardize access, monitoring, and governance of LLMs across the org.
• Build a low-code Gemini/Claude front-end to empower non-tech users.
• Manage infrastructure-as-code and platform capabilities with a product mindset.
