Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an experienced AI Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate an Internal Developer Platform focused on generative AI. You will create reusable blueprints and empower teams to deploy AI-powered services securely.

You'll work with AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and a strong product mindset, driving developer enablement and governance across the organization while delivering a scalable, self-service platform for production-grade AI workloads.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering or platform engineering.
• Strong expertise in AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Deep knowledge of platform engineering principles including golden paths and blueprints.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Strong product mindset with a focus on developer enablement over traditional SRE approaches.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

AI Platform Engineer at BairesDev
