Gallagher is seeking a forward-thinking AI-driven marketer to redesign how global campaigns are powered by automation. You’ll build AI-powered tools and workflows that cut manual steps and accelerate decision-making across the marketing stack.

Work with stakeholders worldwide to implement Copilot and Power Automate solutions, test new ideas, and document best practices so teams can reuse effective patterns at scale.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience developing AI solutions in marketing environments.
• Practical experience using Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate.
• Ability to write, test and refine prompts for generative AI.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, data and automation concepts.
• Ability to translate marketers’ needs into workable technical solutions.
• Clear communication of technical ideas to technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Comfort working across a global marketing organisation.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Build AI-powered tools, workflows and automations to reduce manual work.
• Prototype and test new AI and marketing tech use cases.
• Create automations using Copilot and Power Automate.
• Connect tools, platforms and data to enable personalized global campaigns.
• Provide coaching, documentation and hands-on help to colleagues.
