Qualifications

• Experience in QA, testing, operations, support, or analytics, ideally on a software product or complex system.
• Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness in work.
• Structured approach to testing with test plans and edge-case thinking.
• Clear written communication; bug reports and docs should be easy to follow.
• Comfort with data; able to read dashboards and spot anomalies.
• Fast learner; quick to pick up new tools and systems.
• AI-native habits; familiarity with using AI tools effectively.
• Prompt engineering curiosity; willingness to learn to communicate with AI systems precisely.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations and QA for our internal growth platform.
• Test the platform regularly for new releases, rule changes, and edge cases; run regression checks.
• Find bugs with clear reproduction steps and track until fixed.
• Monitor platform performance and agent activity; flag issues and escalate.
• Manage approval queues daily to keep progress moving.
• Check agent output against checklists and standards; flag unclear or risky flows.
• Write and maintain documentation including test plans, checklists, runbooks, and release notes.
