Antenna is a remote-first company delivering leading data and analytics for the subscription economy. We seek a Data Scientist with expert Python skills to design, prototype, and ship models behind our flagship products, including generative models and LLM-powered pipelines.

You will work closely with data scientists and engineers to take ideas from experimentation to production at market scale. This role requires 2+ years building ML models in Python, strong SQL, and production-grade code.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience building machine learning models and data products in Python.
• Expert in Python with strong object-oriented design and production-grade code.
• Strong SQL skills working with large, complex datasets.
• Experience using Git and cloud environments (GCP preferred) to pull and process data.
• Excellent problem-solver, capable of debugging distributed systems and optimizing them.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2-C1) with strong communication and teamwork.
• Experience using agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex CLI) in daily workflow.
• Ability to verify outputs against ground truth and develop eval sets.

Responsabilidades

• Build models and data products that reach production for flagship products.
• Solve modeling problems to unlock new product capabilities.
• Contribute to core Python data science library with performant, scalable code.
• Take on Antenna R&D: explore new datasets and methods for business questions.
• Build LLM-powered pipelines and agents with validated evals as deliverables.
• Plan, write tests, and document code; review changes before acceptance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and explain complex designs clearly.
