Job summary

GP Strategies Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery within the GP Studio PMO lifecycle. You will serve as the primary client liaison, maintain stakeholder communication, and ensure satisfaction across the project lifecycle.

You will apply GP Strategies approved AI tools to enhance planning, reporting, and delivery efficiency, while maintaining accurate project artefacts in SharePoint and other approved systems.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end projects following a PMO lifecycle.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across multiple levels.
• Ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve planning, reporting and delivery.
• Comfort using SharePoint and Microsoft 365 for project artefacts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects end-to-end aligned to PMO standards.
• Apply GP Strategies approved AI tools to enhance planning and delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date project artefacts in SharePoint and systems.
• Manage project financials including budget tracking and forecasting.
• Develop detailed project plans aligned to scope and resources.
• Translate client needs into structured delivery plans.
• Proactively manage risks, changes, and escalation.
• Produce high-quality reporting and documentation for stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery artefacts and quality standards are met.
• Lead retrospectives and document lessons learned.
• Build strong client relationships to support satisfaction.
