MAJORITY in Bogotá is seeking an Integrated Creative Designer to support the Growth team. You will craft scroll-stopping visual and audiovisual content for the US and Latin American markets, blending craft with AI-powered visuals to elevate campaigns.

This role is ideal for a highly skilled designer who excels at storytelling, maintains brand systems, and collaborates across product and marketing to drive engagement and conversions.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in design, art direction, or creative production.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite with motion graphics.
• Experience using AI design tools for production-ready assets.
• Strong portfolio across formats and channels.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop assets for multiple channels with a conversion focus.
• Create motion graphics and AI-generated videos to deliver assets.
• Develop creative concepts and campaigns with visual directions.
• Lead brand system consistency and design systems.
• Stay ahead of design trends and document learnings.
• Collaborate with strategists and marketers to meet objectives and timelines.
