IQVIA in Bogota, Colombia is seeking a Scrum Master to support the delivery of technology initiatives by enabling Agile practices and facilitating team collaboration. This role will partner closely with Product Owners, Development Teams, and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, remove impediments, and promote Agile best practices across moderately complex projects and programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar role supporting technology teams.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach and support Scrum Teams in adopting and improving Agile principles and practices.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog and support release planning.
• Ensure transparency of team progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Remove impediments and address obstacles impacting team effectiveness and delivery.
• Promote adherence to Scrum frameworks, Agile standards, and governance requirements.
• Monitor project performance, delivery timelines, and success metrics; report to stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage scope, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
• Support organizational change initiatives by driving stakeholder engagement and adoption of new processes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.
• Identify opportunities to improve team productivity, delivery predictability, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach and support Scrum Teams in the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile principles and practices.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy product backlog and support release planning activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar role supporting technology teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience working with Agile project man
• Experience using AI technologies (Cursor, CoPilot, MCP) to drive efficiency across engineering and business domains agement tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent).
• Experience supporting enterprise-level technology projects and digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices and project delivery methodologies.
• Experience working in global and matrixed environments.
