Zoolatech is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team on a direct independent contractor basis in Colombia. You’ll work on Service Cloud, case management, and integrations with Snowflake and data platforms, contributing to AI-enabled tools and omnichannel support.

You will participate in DFR and Ops Review, rotate into triage roles, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with engineering on AI case summarization and routing orchestration. Strong spoken English required.

Responsabilidades

• Support unified work architecture for post-sales support and operational excellence across Salesforce Service Cloud and related systems.
• Work on AI Case Summarization, bulk communications platform, omnichannel routing, and case orchestration.
• Rotate into the DFR role to triage alerts, monitor platform health KPIs, investigate failures, and document findings.
