Job summary

The Nuclear Company is seeking a Manager, Project Risk Management to design, implement, and lead a comprehensive risk framework across fleet projects. You will translate complex risk concepts into actionable insights for senior leadership and partner with cross-functional teams on risk visibility and mitigation.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years in risk management, strong COSO/ISO knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Nuclear industry experience and AI-driven risk tools are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, JD, MS in Risk Management) preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance, or consulting.
• Deep understanding of COSO ERM, ISO 31000.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and executive influence skills.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative risk assessment techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Project Risk Management applicable to all projects across the fleet.
• Work with Project Leadership Team to develop project risk registers and dashboards.
• Establish and monitor Key Risk Indicators and risk reporting mechanisms across the portfolio.
• Lead periodic risk assessments and prioritize risks using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Prepare risk reports for Project Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Team.
• Facilitate risk workshops and scenario planning across all workstreams.
