QStrauss Consulting seeks an implementation engineer to own end‑to‑end workstreams, connecting The Machine to clients’ tools like Figma, Slack, and dashboards. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams, map data, and deliver repeatable onboarding solutions while mentoring junior engineers.

You’ll work in a fast‑paced SaaS environment, comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving APIs, with projects for national and international clients.

Formación

• 2–5 years of implementation or solutions engineering experience in SaaS, data, or analytics.
• Strong API, data systems, and cloud‑based architectures knowledge.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality work independently on complex projects.
• Clear communication to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience in cross‑functional teams and agile environments.
• Comfort with AI-enabled development tools and evolving tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Own implementation workstreams end‑to‑end from scoping to go‑live.
• Build and configure integrations between The Machine and client tools.
• Contribute to decisions on integration approach, data mapping, and configuration.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and agency stakeholders.
• Identify risks, blockers, and trade‑offs in implementations.
• Mentor junior implementation engineers and share knowledge.
• Understand client data environments to design onboarding solutions.
• Help develop repeatable playbooks, docs, and training materials.
• Stay current with The Machine tooling, APIs, and patterns.
