Formación

• 5+ years in interior design, styling, or FF&E with end-to-end program ownership.
• Ability to design at scale within budget by repeatable FF&E packages.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Proficiency with design/visualization tools (SketchUp, Photoshop, Canva).
• Visa or permit allowing monthly travel to Miami (travel expenses covered).
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and refine design standards across the portfolio, tiered by building and quality, ensuring standards evolve with guest expectations.
• Lead unit refreshes by assessing wear and directing restyling and re-merchandising to protect nightly rates and reviews.
• Build and maintain repeatable FF&E packages by unit type with vendor/contractor relationships.
• Guide design and furnishing of newly onboarded units to meet established standards from day one.
• Deliver owner-facing design assessments and refresh proposals to improve performance and retention.
• Coordinate professional photoshoots for listings and deliver final assets to marketing.
• Monitor design quality across the portfolio and identify high-value improvement opportunities.
• Partner with marketing to optimize listing presentation across booking platforms.
