Power Digital Marketing in Colombia is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to guide web projects from intake to delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and perform QA checks to ensure quality and client satisfaction.

The role demands 2–4 years of agency experience, a BA/BS, and the ability to coordinate with designers and developers while leveraging Power Digital's Nova ecosystem and AI tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university.
• 2-4 years of Agency experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in managing website development and design projects.
• Extensive knowledge of advancements and trends in web design and UX.
• Knowledge of Wordpress and Shopify.
• Basic understanding of Web Based language Java, HTML, or PHP preferred.
• Exceptional ability to contribute creativity and innovation to web projects.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience working with teams of 10 or more.

Responsabilidades

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
• Project Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and agency standards.
• Communication: Communicate project status, updates, and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams.
• POD Coordination & Alignment: Act as the central coordinator across the pod, partnering with Account Directors and assigning tasks to designers and developers.
• Client Portfolio: Manage a diverse client portfolio spanning projects and retainers, with responsibility for accounts totaling $40K+ in monthly recurring revenue.
• Client Retention: Maintain 85% of MRR from your client book of business.
• Team Support: Step in to lead as AM across other accounts when necessary.
• Employ AI technologies to enhance processes.
• Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department.
