Bizagi, a leader in enterprise automation, is seeking a FP&A Assistant to support the Financial Planning & Analysis team in Bogotá. You will assist with day-to-day planning, reporting and data management.

Formación

• Technical student or recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Basic knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting concepts.
• Proactive learner with strong data quality focus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the preparation and consolidation of financial reports and spreadsheets.
• Support budget tracking and variance analysis activities.
• Update and maintain financial databases, files, and documentation.
• Collect, organize, and validate data for forecasts and reviews.
• Prepare presentations and materials for team meetings.
• Follow up on information requests with stakeholders.
• Perform basic data analysis and reconciliations under supervision.
• Support ad hoc administrative tasks for the FP&A team.
