Bizagi is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support accounting analysis and input financial information per company policies. The role involves handling invoices, expense reports, reimbursements, payroll documentation, and data entry within internal databases.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in public accounting, at least 1 year in local taxation, and strong Excel skills. Fluency in English is desirable, and the position is based in Bogota, Colombia.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in public accounting is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in local taxation law and basic financial data analysis in Excel.
• IFRS knowledge and US GAAP knowledge are desirable.

What We Are Seeking

We are seeking the best talent in the industry to support Bizagi’s rapid growth across Latam. As an Accounting Assistant, you will support accounting analysis and the input of financial information in accordance with company policies.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities

• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
• Create and update expense reports
• Process reimbursement forms
• Prepare banks information
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases
• Check spreadsheets for accuracy
• Maintain digital and physical financial records
• Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
• Review and file payroll documents
• Participate in quarterly and annual audits

Academic & Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public accounting.
