Bizagi is seeking an FP&A Assistant to support the Financial Planning & Analysis team with routine financial and administrative activities. You will help ensure accurate reporting, data management, and daily planning processes, contributing to data integrity and timely insights for decision-makers.

The role targets a technical student or early-career professional in Finance, with basic Excel skills and a growing understanding of budgeting and forecasting. Bogota-based, with contact via HR.

Formación

• Technical student, recent graduate, or early-career professional in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the preparation and consolidation of financial reports and spreadsheets.
• Support budget tracking and variance analysis activities.
• Update and maintain financial databases, files, and documentation.
• Collect, organize, and validate data required for forecasts and business reviews.
• Assist in preparing presentations and supporting materials for team meetings.
• Follow up on information requests with different stakeholders as needed.
• Perform basic data analysis and reconciliations under supervision.
• Support ad hoc administrative and analytical tasks assigned by the FP&A team.
