Job summary

Aleph-Holding in Colombia is seeking an energetic Client Partner to own the Connect portfolio for Colombia and CAM, linking top advertisers and agencies with Google, LinkedIn and offline media. You will drive revenue through new client acquisition, renewals, and upsell opportunities, leveraging AI and automation to scale the pipeline.

This role requires 4+ years in sales within digital advertising, excellent communication, and the ability to work across teams (Finance, Sales Ops).

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 4+ years in sales and account management within digital advertising platforms, media agencies.
• AI fluency: proven track record adopting AI/productivity tools to automate routine tasks and scale sales operations.
• Deep understanding of digital ad metrics and campaign optimization on premium platforms.
• Excellent consultative communication skills, able to influence multiple levels of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through new client acquisition, renewals, and upsell opportunities — leveraging AI and automation tools to multiply pipeline capacity and annual planning based on the markets opportunities.
• Weekly sales reporting and analysis: opportunities, risks, status.
• Reports and analysis for upper management related to delivery, attainment, pacing, growth, coverage, efficiency and opportunities in each country.
• Work directly with the operation team and all other areas within the company (Finance, Sales ops, Sales Administration, etc).
• Positively represent the company within the market and ensure client satisfaction with agencies and direct clients.
